SPINNING
Our Supply chain Spinning Mill division is a corporate with 25,000 spindles. It manufactures 100% cotton and organic cotton yarns of various counts ranging from 20’s from 40’s both combed & semi combed yarns. It is equipped with imported machineries from Rieter, Truetzschler, Muratec & lab testing equipments from Uster which produces around 10 tonnes of yarn per day.
KNITTING
Our sister concern produces an assorted choice of knitting in various designs and textures with advanced Mayer & Cie machines from Germany & Pailung circular knitting machines from Taiwan. We are highly capable of knitting fabrics in various qualities like Single jersey, pique, interlock, 2thread fleece, 3thread fleece, yarn dyed auto stripper, Rib and jacquard designs with faster output and zero defect.
DYEING
Dyeing machines are used for the bleaching and color dyeing of knitted fabrics. Eco- Friendly Dyes and GOTS approved chemicals are used. Padding and Compacting machines is used to extract water and to make the drying process quicker. We use relax drier. Macbeth system is used for color matching. The effluent is treated in ETP and RO unit for ensuring cleaner environment with 100% treated zero discharge.
CUTTING
Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. Cutting is done by experienced persons who are skilled and good at keeping Fashion fits. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.
PRINTING
A wide range of printing technologies such as chest prints, rotary prints, discharge or reactive prints and fancy prints in making unique apparels. We are sophisticated with Automatic chest printing machine (MHM) which prints to a capacity of 7000pcs/day and a semi automatic printing machine which prints to a capacity of 6000pcs/day with experienced instructors to take proper care of the printing division.
EMBROIDERY
Top most priority is given to Embroidery. Custom Embroidery T-Shirts are the most popular products. We specialize in doing LOGO Embroidery, Embroidery in Fleece and Jackets. Latest machines are used for embroidery. We do Embroidery on both finished products and cut pieces. Our Embroidery units has the best embroidery machines like Barudan and Tajihma. We can handle all type of embroidery designs with applique and sequins. etc.,
STITCHING
Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled Tailors. Our Assembly line consists of 100% Automated machines with the latest technology which has been designed to provide the required quality. Every aspects of quality is taken care during sewing.
CHECKING
Another important process is checking. Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. We do 100% manual inspection in all our pieces exported.
IRONING
We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern steam pressing boxes for ironing garments. Vaccum sucking machines are used to take away the excess moisture in the garment due to Steam Ironing.
PACKING
We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines. We use recycleable poly bags for our packing. We use Hangtags, Sticker and patches as per the requirment of the customer which is purchased through the nominated suppliers of the clients. We use only Virgin quality corrugated Carton boxes for packing.
